This is my neighbourhood ‘barista’ who worked in the ‘kopitiam’ (local Singapore term for coffeeshop) located within my neighbourhood. I bet she makes more coffee in a day than any Starbucks barista. And, a cup of coffee here is less than SGD1.00. Whereas a Starbucks coffee will set me back at least SGD4.00.
